Beverly first helped us find our home in 2008.

As a first time homebuyer, she was like a counselor and realtor to me. She helped us find a lender that worked with Rural Home loans, which allowed us to close without PMI, or a large down payment. In 2020, we didn't hesitate to reach out to her again. I had accepted a job in Florida, and needed to sell the house fast. Beverly knew someone in her office, was working with a client that needed a home. Before the house even went on the market, Beverly had a buyer. I am not sure what we would have done without her help. Being able to work with her to manage all of the final details remotely, was also a life saver.

"We discovered Beverly in the early stages of our new home search from an online source like Zillow. We had no idea this random encounter would lead to three major home transactions and a wonderful friendship.Although she didn't live in our community, she had extensive knowledge of the inventory, pricing and available lots in our area. We ultimately decided to build a home and she even had a list of quality builders at the ready. She found the perfect piece of land and builder for a city girl and country boy who both had VERY specific wants. Beverly navigated every detail and even served as the intermediary with our wonderful builders — coordinating every fixture, color and piece of our beautiful home! She was the perfect advocate, partner and friend during this process, telling me, "Don't worry. I'm not going to let you build an ugly home!"After building our new home and getting settled in, we worked with her to get our old home on the market ... in February 2020. Yep, right when the pandemic hit. Beverly researched and encouraged us to go with our gut to not panic and wait it out. And then a few months later she came back with solid information on the uptick in sales in our area. We trusted her and soon after found the perfect buyers. Now another family has their dream home.Beverly has that rare combination of professionalism, expertise, kindness, compassion and authenticity. We felt like we'd known her forever and now hope we always get to.
